The work from home set up is good but it needs to make the salary more competitive

The first few years were fun since it was work from home and the low salary is manageable. But these few months was very stressful and it seems they were not concerned with our troubles about returning on site. I feel under valued.

I hope they make sure that the salary is on par with the economy and other content moderator businesses.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The management is making us return on site when we are performing well at home. The salary they allotted on us will not be sufficient for the transportation expense and food expense we are having.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I hope there'll be additional compensation for quality work of employees, because the current criteria of incentives is not properly honoring quality focused agents, its more on the quantity. I hope the management will acknowledge the effort of employees who has clear record on errors and quality.
