The work is not hard but the targets are.
The work from home set up is good but it needs to make the salary more competitive
The first few years were fun since it was work from home and the low salary is manageable. But these few months was very stressful and it seems they were not concerned with our troubles about returning on site. I feel under valued.
They listen to when were having problems
They are working hard in their tasks
Giving incentives and supporting long term employees.
Better compensation would've made the tenured stay
Better and improved ways of sharing ideas
It benefits me and my family
They are fun to be with
The work from home set up
I hope they give more incentives
They listen to the advice and insights of moderators
The work is not hard but the targets are
I'm happy at the job
The work is not hard
Higher salary and more benefits
Higher salary and more incentives
The HR team are kind and helpful at the interview
The leaders are open to the agents about anything happening at the office
I hope they will prioritize quality to avoid misunderstanding when we discuss it in team.
The leaders and coworkers are fun to be with. The higher management is tough on us
They point out what I need to learn and what I need to be aware of as a newbie
I hope they make sure that the salary is on par with the economy and other content moderator businesses.
The management is making us return on site when we are performing well at home. The salary they allotted on us will not be sufficient for the transportation expense and food expense we are having.
I hope there'll be additional compensation for quality work of employees, because the current criteria of incentives is not properly honoring quality focused agents, its more on the quantity. I hope the management will acknowledge the effort of employees who has clear record on errors and quality.
