I do believe we should be given more sick hours, and my current wage is less than I was hoping for considering the prestige of this company and my own experience.

I appreciate having my own little nook (desk) but it is still open-concept enough that I can stand up and ask a colleague a question, or easily access my leads/managers. Our atrium is gorgeous to take breaks in.

Overall, my experience at Esri has been extremely positive. I am challenged and encouraged to try new things, offered training opportunities, and enjoy the company of my teammates.

Esri hasn't been bad nor amazing. Its a beautiful campus however I think it still has far to go in being the best. As a company, I believe employees are the answer to every solution what can a company do better? and actually, listen to them. Cap the directors, less micro-manage, and pay pay better.
