I have been very happy to be a part of FA since a decade. I have learnt a lot and also been active with projects and any new things that come my way. People That I have worked with have taught me what I should and shouldn't be doing to be a good person at work and in my life.

They are transparent to the extent that they are allowed to be.

The team i am in, we all respect each other and support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that we are doing feels overwhelming with the FAST integration. A better compensation and few benefits would encourage better.

A market correction and get everyone in the same role to the same payscale. Annual bonus can be increased as the bonus amount paid is very less

We are all connected with each other even though we are working from home. We all respect each others work and everyone is ready to support others in times of need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always approachable and are highly knowledgeable. They are always ready to support you with your questions and the most of it, "Never Say No" attitude. They welcome your ideas and suggestions and also, they are ready to accept your feedbacks as well.
