While the work itself can have its challenges, I've mostly know my managers and coworkers to be kind, respectful, and helpful people. It's a good work environment and I feel like the people care each other.

It's been a good experience overall. My supervisors and managers seem to care about my interests and development. Everyone has been welcoming.

Always had a good team and good managers (with the exception of one), and while there have been series of layoffs and turnover with some of my peers, I've largely felt appreciated by my colleagues.

The culture supports trying new things and learning. They don't shame failure but encourage trying differently.

They're focused and have a vision for the future of the company and it appears to be taking effect externally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel appreciated, just not necessarily through monetary compensation. FA pays on the lower end of ranges, and the benefits don't seem to cover much.
