The match on the 401K is great. This helps all employees with retirement plans. I use the Dental and Vision plans and they have been exceptional!

There is a good camaraderie with the team, and they have a strong knowledge and leadership skills. They are always helpful when issues arise, and you want to troubleshoot the problems.

The agency and the employees believe in the mission and goals of the various programs/contracts. There is a purpose, and the employees feel like they are positively contributing to the greater good.

Leadership is proactive in looking for ways to better improve all dynamics for the employees. FSA doesn't just look at the financial bottom line but invests in their employees and strives to ensure longevity for the employees.
