I believe in our missions value and assisting many to ‘Go Green’, in an attempt to save our planet! Still, as a California employee - getting burnout and being underpaid comes with many challenges. It would be beneficial to be able to support myself and personal goals as a result of my position

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

based on inflation, it has been hard to save and make rent or have an adequate life balance every month on this income

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

DeDe & all the people at headquarters. She makes the environment friendly and welcoming. It is like we are staying at her Villa. Thank you!

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about my team/peers is that we are all highly dedicated, motivated and successful professionals who deserve to be in roles that adhere to our skillset, help up to learn and grown, challenge and reward us for our hard work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The expectations have increased to an extremely unrealistic measure and create unachievable goals, leaving most PRM's feeling undervalued and unsuccessful. In addition to this, the cost of living continues to increase and no pay increases have been implemented despite seniority and much turnover.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication - Poor communication is consistent Realistic goal setting - KPI's are often unrealistic Team commodore - Overall team culture could be worked on to develop team culture, career development and organization Micromanaging -Better utilization of Salesforce to reduce the need

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being that the PRM team members wear a variety of hats from de-escalations, managing a pipeline of partner issues, handling customer inquires, fraud, elder abuse and many legal cases in addition to monthly audits and analysis - I think the pay lacks to reflect the duties involved.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overall work life balance and compensation that reflects that. Ability to reach obtainable goals and feel successful in the role. Communication, trust and respect given to all employees. Open dialogue about career development, less favoritism, and fair elections when it comes to promotions.
