I have a great experience at my company. I think they pay well and that my team is good.
The people at my company are wonderful
The additional programs that go with insurance
When I get recognition from my superiors
Choices in insurance to choose from
THey are understanding, they are courteous
They are caring and welcoming
Emphasis on work life balance
I don't have contact with them often which is a shame
My team is welcoming, they are accepting, they listen and helpful
they are accepting and welcoming - especially when it comes to DEI
They are friendly enough. I don't think I would use the word "best"
Surprises don't happen often. I can talk to my manager whenever I need.
I start work at a set time and stop work at a set time.
Work from home is the BEST thing about this company. It makes me never want to leave.
To agree that working from home is still the best way to work for my position, and my team. They are supportive of it.
I wouldn't use the word "best". I think "fair" is fine. The problem is trying to add my husband to my benefits. The amount LNRS puts towards me AND my husband doesn't equal the amount it cost to cover me and my husband. The cost is 4x for the two of us as opposed to just me, and LNRS only gives 2x
