teamwork, we are there for each other, make each other laugh, care for each other. They mean a lot to me and get me through some days.
I do like overall how they care about their employees, especially my immediate managers. But with how much the company makes and how hard we all work, we definitely deserve a pay raise, especially in this economy.
Bridger Frontline works really hard with calls, chats, emails, help with other teams, etc. We are called frontline for a reason and take the heat of it all before escalating to other teams, and are paid the least. In this economy, just would be nice to see some raises across the board.
