
The collaborations between teams that I work with can sometimes be needlessly confrontational and it's a bit stressful when my job relies on those relationships.
I feel like it maybe evaluating pay vs the job requirements bi-yearly instead of annually may more accurately benefit the employee's who strive to take on more work throughout the year.
