Fairly regular raises, pretty good benefits! Compensation is generally fair but could be a little higher considering how expensive living in the Pacific North-West is.
Leadership is methodical, disciplined, clear, but also humble and approachable. Plans and goals are communicated well internally, and anyone can speak up with ideas or challenge a plan.
There is no drama and people are kind and considerate. Employees on my team are able to set their own goals and priorities. Good ideas are heard and discussed, and constructive feedback is always taken seriously.
Compensation is somewhat fair but at the lower end of what would be needed, given the cost of living increases in Bellingham. Benefits are generally outstanding. The only exception is health insurance coverage for spouses, which is unattainably expensive for most.
