They are trying, it is hard with so many companies that do different things for one team to know everything about them.

I know my manager and director appreciate my work but for being here for many years I feel my compensation should be higher.

I had a certain job for 13 years and now I am learning a totally new job, it is a good thing but the old job is also still in the background.

I don't feel undervalued but for the time I have been with this organization under different ownerships how can you expect to get increases that make you feel like you are really appreciated for the work you have put in.
