I love the culture club, and Jennie has really done a fantastic job running it. I'm on floor 15 and we just have a great positive environment.

i have some health issues so the plans that are offered work great for me. My hsa card is a life saver when it comes to paying for medical care.

AMANDA, CHERYL AND ALICIA ARE THE BEST LEADERS I HAVE HAD. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON AND THEY CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU MEET YOUR GOALS. I AM TRULY BLESSED.

THE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE MET HERE ARE REALLY THE BEST GROUP OF PEOPLE. I THINK THE MANAGERS HAVE MADE A GREAT EFFORT IN REALLY PICKING PEOPLE TO SUPPORT OUR AMAZING CULTURE.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HONESTLY THE PAY COULD BE BETTER, BUT I HAVE NEVER WORKED AT A PLACE THAT GIVES EVERY MEMBER OF THEIR TEAM A BONUS YET YEARLY RAISES. SO I COUNT THAT AS A WIN.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recently my department was cut in half and outsourced. All our hard work and relationships that we have built with our clients is being shipped overseas. We did the groundwork for them to reap the benefits and I may be without a job soon. Its honestly just disappointing.
