I also see areas of improvement in our product that we can't seem to address since we are busy with new development, which is slowed by bugs and designs.

Checkr: Liking it so far! I would love to have had a more structured onboarding. It was nice to learn about the company and teams but it would be nice to have a portion where we are introduced to internal processes and resources for navigating my own department.
PosiGen: So far my experience has been great. Usually at other companies, there is 1 or 2 people you can go to for help or advise. I've talked to over 5 people for help on different subjects at posigen. It gets me motivated to do more!
Checkr: While the last 2 years have had some ups and downs, overall the company is improving and appears to be doing its best in regards to their employees which is rare these days.
Checkr: Checkr is one of the most mission driven companies I have worked at outside of the non-profit space. There are still a lot of rough edged to smooth out and problems to solve so it is a very exciting time to be here.

Rover.com: Rover is fine, great for networking. I wish they didn't charge heafty service fees to my clients and took less than 30% of my profit. But it is a great tool for a disabled person like me to work full time.

Camp Bow Wow: The job itself is fine its the employees mostly management. They makenthe new people do everything and sit down the entire time. They nit pick about little things and never clean. The shift leaders date eachother and when inasked about getting my time fixed they said its not their job. No teamwork
tray.io: Never met so many nice people at once, and we do challenging and fun work, plus we get to use our own product to automate everything, it's just perfect

I am hoping to become a manager, I have expressed this openly, but I do not feel like that is what I am working towards.

Checkr: My experience at Checkr has gone through ups and downs. My first 6 months felt challenging and fulfilling. At other times I have felt unmanaged and unsupported in my work. I hear a lot of promises for change at this company but not as much follow through.
Checkr: Love the mission, love the people and love how well the business is doing. On the areas for improvement: We operate extremely lean and can't hire fast enough. Personally as a Director, I'm expected to lead a large team while also executing on work due to the team being understaffed.Burn out + stress
