LSO: Most of shipments are lost/stolen. They are not being delivered. Cannot get through customer service line for assistance. Poor service all around.

AHS: Your customers have no recourse for complaints that actually produce results. Your repair parts ordering process is the worse I've ever seen and you have absolutely no follow up protocol in place. I will be switching to another company, after I file my complaint with the BBB.

Remote: I love the way that working at Remote has allowed me to reclaim my life. My days are filled with meaningful work, which I am fully trusted to do. My work is a part of my life, not the whole of it. I am able to show up at my work and in other facets of my life fully and guilt free!

Riverside Company: There are many very bright business minded people at Riverside. Unfortunately, most are so focused on the all mighty dollar they forget how to be human. Very few of the staff genuinely care about other employees. I have found this pervasive throughout the organization.
Goodway Group: There is no real opportunity for development. They talk about being a "learning organization" but there is no career pathing or growth opportunities. Managers don't provide honest feedback or care to coach and develop the team. Goodway also lacks diversity, and micro-aggressions are a huge issue.

Ping Identity: The culture changed horribly since going public. Raises are given at the manager's discretion, which means the raises are given to the shared demographic as the managers. I've worked here for 3-years, worked hard, never complained and no raises. But I'm not part of the majority manager demographic.

Zipcar: Customer Service. I called for help and was sent a bunch of articles I already read through. When I asked for my call to be escalated to a higher level of support, I was told I would receive an email with the pertinent information. It never came. So frustrating!
