However, when my furnace became inoperable because of a carbon monoxide leak, they would not honor the contract. I was told that because of the age of the furnace it would not be covered.

TOPS: It was a horrible place to work. I was stationed in the bakery, where the products were all frozen, the hygiene was abysmal, and the manager frankly incompetent and unintelligent. The products are all frozen and overpriced, plus everything left over is tossed out, not donated. Terrible company.
