There are a lot of opportinities around due to the growth by acquisition; however career planning and support is missing in most roles. There are deep rooted culture clashes between different orgs, communication is not a focus.
Digital Media Solutions: I have been here since 2016 and plan to be here for many years to come. I love the culture we have within the company, it compares to no other.

Digital Media Solutions: I started at DMS during the pandemic which was stressfull and difficult enough. Managing a team remote I'd never met before also not easy. But the team at HR went far and above what I expected to welcome me in and make me feel comfortable from the get go. It's been all the same my first year!!!

We are now a remote workforce, and DMS has created amazing programs for all employees. We work hard and DMS believes in taking care of their people first and foremost.

Orkin: They lie at interview. Youll be working as partime with partime pay but work between 50-70 hours a week 6 days a week and do rhe exact same job as full timers. Even after past your 90 days they wont put you as a full time. You obviously wont get your benefits for a very long rime becuse of this.

Syntellis: Very positive for me in my role. I have been treated fairly both in my work and with my compensation. I do not think I could say the same for other individuals in other areas and roles at the organization which is sometimes troubling to me.
Carbon: My previous company was already established and it was definitely something new with a start up. There are always new challenges and keeps me on my toes. I am constantly learning.
