Once, i was blocked from getting one, and the other times, i was assured one would call within 24 hours, and it didnt happen!

When I tried to cancel and order that had the wrong shipping address on it, not only would they not edit the address , they refused to cancel the order and refund my money so I could redo the order properly. Mixpanel: My overall experience at Mixpanel has been positive. There are some growing pains here and there but I have a support of my team to help over come those pains. Most importantly, the company culture is great. It is a safe and inclusive place and employees are generally happy.

There is little to no care for employees and the company cant keep good employees for that reason. Bull care has also gone down. Its all about the product and not the animal itself

Choice Home Warranty: This company does not provide the service a customer pays for. You have to wait 24 hours to speak to a supervisor. Three days has passed and no one still has not been assigned to fix my water heater. Therefore, I have been without hot water and today is not looking to good to get that fix either.
OnSolve: My time at OnSolve has been extremely satisfying and I'm very happy I made the decision to join the company. Everything described to me during the interview process was 100% accurate and the ability to influence/drive change within the organization has been rewarding.

I had to take some unexpected time off and my team covered, no questions asked. It was an experience I've never had before in the 12 years I have been working.
