Phaidon International: I had a shakey start, it was tough to get the hang of things. but once I started to figure things out, it has been all up hill from there. It allowed for me to realize I can actually be successful and driven in my career.

Phaidon International: So far things have gone well. I do like being apart of a growing company. I do believe I am vastly underpaid and I do not like feeling guilty about taking vacations or asking for time off. Even if it's approved, there is usually a remark about taking a day off.

Upgrade: The execs in San Fran are so far removed from what is going on in Ops in Phoenix. They say they promote internally but that's a joke because the pay they give you when they promote you is total garbage. Meanwhile they are bringing in people from Charles Schwab and paying them a lot more.

Westlake Hardware: Only care about expanding and adding new stores. Claim its a good thing for the company but am yet to see any benefit. Only increased workload helping with new stores and they have no real gameplan with how to staff and train an entire new store. Training and onboarding is a joke in general
