Favorite Healthcare Staffing: Sent Us to Colorado based on Lies, Breached Contract, Didnt provide transportation to and from work sites. Taxed travel stipend. Promised 48 hours minimum then said no Guaranteed hours then change their minds after we fought for them. Most Important dint recive contract until after deployment .
InterDesign: Great leadership and open door policy. Weekly meetings with the CEO and upper management to get a better understanding of how to properly do your job.

Complex: Overworked, underpaid - exploitive of urban culture. CEO is out of touch, wants to be am industry personality more than a leader.
Novanta: It is a total bureaucratic. Who CEO would try to launch 30 products in 2021 when there was global pandemic in 2020. Retention rate is less than 25%. They don't try to keep employee and loosing all technological expertise. In my 12 years, I have seen 8 times leadership changes. Please don't JOIN.
Salesloft: Everyone has been nothing but welcoming, positive and helpful. Managers and leadership are encouraging and want you to succeed as an individual.
Salesloft: Onboarding into SalesLoft is a first class experience. Once you are in there are so many people willing to help you along and be your support system. Amazing leadership.

Bluebeam: Was told the company would double in size and there was great opportunity to advance. This never happened, and in fact the company shrunk due to repeated layoffs for no real reason (financially doing very well), and so there is no psychological safety at all.
Bluebeam: When originally hired I was told that I was joining a rapidly growing (doubling in size from 400 to 800+ employees) and there would a lot of room for me to grow. This didn't happen. Then the company over the past 3 years, seemingly, at random fired a variety of people in different departments.

Beiersdorf North America: I have no major complaints to date (4 months). I think the PO process and invoice paying process is embarrassing. It takes far too long for POs to be processed and entirely unfair to vendors to have to wait 90 days for payment, especially for smaller vendors.
Beiersdorf North America: Great people and great company! If there's one negative is that Beiersdorf is too lean. People wear too many hats and it negatively affects performance.
