SuprTEK: Positive overall. I've been working remotely the entire time so far and I have a much better work/life balance at SuprTEK than my previous company. One of the major criticisms I have is that meetings can be very long and unproductive. They could be shorter if side conversations didn't happen.

Trupanion: Lack of diverse in race. I work at Trupanion IT. There are like 1 percent of software engineer in the IT department that are women. 90% of software engineer at Trupanion are men. Leadership in IT who are women are all from the business side. None of those women have technical background.

I have received appropriate training and support throughout my time here. There has also been a lot of encouragement from people around the company.
