Elemica: I am working on critical projects for long hours and have performed really well in handling difficult clients. Travelled a lot to the customer location almost 13 weeks in 4 months. With over 11 years experience and skills, I feel I am really being undervalued. But have never let that effect my work.

Elemica: Work is generally good, but gets very boring, repetitive and tedious. Culture is good where someone is not always on your back. Get your work done and you will mostly be left alone. Opportunities for advancement and compensation are not very good at all unfortunately.

Some things to improve: there are some vital departments that are understaffed, which translates in my department being under-supported, having to fix problems created due to this situation, etc.

Mixpanel: Great company with a good product and nice people. The pace of work can be incredibly fast at points leading to it being difficult to find work/life balance, but that happens in periods and is not constant. When in those moments the work is rewarding so this does make up for it!

Mixpanel: I've never worked at a company that was so open and honestly cared about their employees. Executives and the People Team are always asking for feedback and help to frame their policies and programs based on feedback from employees. Also there is genuine care for Diversity and Inclusion.
Mixpanel: Since joining the company, I have felt well-supported during all of the updates/changes going on within the company, particularly my department. Despite things moving at a fast pace, I feel that my manager provides the best support and I know they have my back AND the team's back.
