I would much perfer to be seeing my customers and meeting with my teams face to face...but that we can't control. Over all I think it has been a great experience based on the conditions we have to work in.

Quickbase: QuickBase has changed my entire view and expectations of where I want to work and what I will expect in return. I understand there is a hierarchy, but I don't feel that hierarchy at QB. They make it very difficult to want to look on the other side of the fence... It's so green over here. :)

Quickbase: I started with Quick Base 3 weeks before Covid hit and the office closed down. QB Executive team made decisive decisions in a timely manner with the employees safety in mind. They have been over communicative about everything and still drive positive outcomes everyday. Excellent leadership

Lytx: This is a well-run company which has built a leading position in their market, with that said, the executive team can be a bit arrogant. They have hoarded the lion's share of the financial windfall from the multiple investor sales vs. providing more equity for those that helped build the company.
