The Connor Group: It's been a learning curve but its been great. The rewards I have received are above and beyond what I would have ever expected prior to joining the company. You work for it and earn it but they are unreal!

Other World Computing: I have grown in my job and learned a lot over the years. I have had the ability to make suggestions about what I do that help the company and my fellow team members. This company is always moving to meet the future, never standing still.
Other World Computing: The benefits and pay at the company are what keeps me here. I am worked very hard with next to no down time. My manager makes it extremely difficult to take time off and they themselves don't put in less than 12 hours per day. They set an incredibly high standard of work most can't meet or achieve.

Imprivata: The company respects employees, values them as individuals and treats them as adults (not micro-managing). Things are different now that we're working fully remotely (and I miss some of the perks of going into the office) but they're trying as hard as they can to sustain our culture remotely.
Imprivata: While no company is perfect, I believe Imprivata has enabled me to grow in my career and be respected as a valuable member of the team.

Imprivata: The company has rolled back/taken back pay raises and benefits. They have reduced headcount to the point where vacations are not allowed because there is insufficient staff to cover for a vacation day. They should at least provide a minimum amount of vacation.

Imprivata: I've been with Imprivata for five months. My manager is new as a manager, and my role is new for the company. It's been a struggle to define my role and I could have used more attentiveness to the nuances. Now that my role is more clear though, things are easier.

Wizeline: My overall experience has been nothing but positive. Obviously there are things that need to be improved, but I am positive about the improvements. We are a small company but nibble and growing very fast and therefore the company invests heavily in the development of its employee base.

Carbon: It's good. I don't really know what the next step of my career is at Carbon, but I'm not immediately concerned with it.
Carbon: Overall I have proud to work for Carbon and enjoy working here. But this last year I was disappointed with how outsourcing was handled. An outsider (Gale) came in, made sweeping rapid changes and now he has left. The changes were so massive and done with no regard to the MFG team.
