Namely: When I started Namely was disillusioned about where they were at and where they were going in the next 12 months. Now it's a lot better and more realistic. The toxic people have primarily left the organization. There are plenty of opportunities to upscale the talent and processes.
Namely: There's no hierarchy feel. Everyone's input matters.
Namely: My variable commissions I'm edible for.
Boostability: They make an effort to effectively communicate with all employees, including low-level employees. From the Ask Me Anything meetings to regular updates throughout COVID, I've felt like leadership was both willing to listen our individual needs and working to inform us of ongoing company developments.
Verisys Corporation: Verisys is an amazing company to work for. If there is ever a time you don't feel comfortable, there are so many resources and people who will reach out and help. This is one of the best companies I've ever worked for.
Namely: I love Namely and its people.
Upgrade: It has been lot of learning for me at Upgrade. There are lot of strong engineers. I have not encountered any interoffice politics so far. This helps team focus on building better products.
Boostability: When I first started at boost there were lots of opportunities for growth and were encouraged to learn new skills. Now there's hardly any work relevant to our team and we're constantly being told that new partners and work are coming but they never do.
Boostability: Their transparency, flexibility, and commitment to work/life balance.
Namely: Namely is the most amazing employer I've ever worked for.
Boostability: So far not bad but I wish I could show more and advance cause what I am doing now is below what i want to achieve. Managers seem to not listen to that.
Boostability: I have been here a while now and have never loved a company more. Management listens to feedback. I feel valued. I still have a job even after COVID. Not much more you can ask for!
Boostability: Overall I think Boost is a great company! I personally think customer service needs to be held more accountable for retaining accounts and we need to work with product to develop more. The competition is catching up. We need qualified people in positions not because they have been here forever

Boostability: I have worked here a long time, but I do not feel challenged or that there is room for growth outside of management positions. I am not interested in a management position, but that is the only way to advance at this company.

Levelset: The path to success is clear in Levelset sales. I know what's expected of me and there's a lot of coaching and enablement to help me do well. Hard work and a positive attitude every day help me see success and level up the work I'm doing.

Zwift: Zwift has such a positive future, but the timeline for the growth plans are extremely aggressive with little to no tools or resource in place to ensure we're successful. Also ambition is great, but only when decisions are made can we proceed in working towards Zwift's goals.
Zwift: The people are amazing. However, leadership seems totally lost about how to steer the ship. The ToT rollout was terrible resulting in us losing great talent. Communication and priority are poor resulting in huge amounts of unnecessary overtime.
Zwift: It's a great company and people love working her - sans Covid challenges
Zwift: My experience, while being 100% remote, has been very positive. I am most looking forward to getting back on the office to actually get to make some real connections with coworkers
PubMatic: The is a highly collaborative, global company that celebrates success and tackles problems together. We champion wins and are transparent in the way we communicate (no sugar-coating on challenges...just honest assessment and "next steps" collaborative problem solving.
Concentra: There is a serious lack of leadership at the present time. It has been a struggle since I was hired.
