Phaidon International: The experience I've had at Phaidon so far has been excellent. It's required me to grow in areas where I wasn't as strong and expand on areas I was already good at. It's been fun and challenging and offered me the ability to work towards career goals and financial goals.

There's a high level of contribution and demands of my contributions which is great as I like helping others and pushing the brand.

Imprivata: Overall, Imprivata is a great place to work. However, my great complaint is a resistance to new ideas. Maybe it's only in my area, but there is a belief that everything that is being done is great, and there is no reason to consider new ideas or different ways of doing things.

Very disappointed by lack of opportunity or guidance about career path and advancement. 5+ yrs, have never discussed my role, strengths, areas for Improvement. I have never been provided a formal review.

Drift: The Drift employee experience is about bringing your whole self to work, speaking up, being accountable and as a result building a different type of company that also drives value for our customers and grows through this marriage of investing in employees and our customers' needs.

Drift: Coming in, I wasn't sure how I was going to like this role. It was my first job out of college. Now, I have no expectation to leave anytime soon. It has provided so much opportunity for growth, and being able to move the needle in B2B SAAS.

Other World Computing: OWC is a good place to work, with a variety of people and tasks. Since call center and warehouse are high turnover jobs, the company remains stable. While management is well-intended and wants to grow, there are growing pains; communication "outside the room" is not a primary consideration.

Pendo: There are a few toxic people in the company that put too much emphasis on number of hours worked. But most people are very reasonable and able to put work in perspective to the rest of their life.
