Simplus: I've been here a few years now and though things have changed as we have grown, the amount of support and dedication that leadership has towards the wellbeing of each employee has never dwindled. They truly want all their employees to succeed and I love that I get to participate in that!
Simplus: Solidly positive experience in most aspects. I value the definite sense of focus and purpose. I am frustrated somewhat by what I believe are generational differences in what people expect and feel entitled to in their jobs, said differences having an impact on turnover, culture, work ethic, morale.
Simplus: Overall, my experience has been positive. I have been given so many chances to learn and grow, and feel I have really blossomed professionally. As for negatives, there are still a few lingering "bad apples" that do not fit the culture that are a threat to the success of the team.
Simplus: I think executives are more in tune with delivery needs than they ever have been and I feel like our current delivery leadership is excellent and represents our needs very well. Our previous leader was not and did not in my opinion. I think most of our executives are still a bit disconnected here.

Simplus: Simplus is a great company to work on. But like most companies it has been afflicted by the Pandemic, which has slow down the progress and the promotion paths within the company. Job security seems to be there as of now, and I am hoping to great things once we climb out of the global scenario.

Simplus: For the most part, it has been positive. There have been instances where it has been up in the air - with our department and how we fit into the overall picture. The only complaint I would have is that I still feel like an outsider when interacting with the broader company.
Simplus: I had some concerns after the acquisition by Infosys, because I had negative experiences at both Bluewolf and Appirio with acquisitions. I enjoy working with my teammates and the best moment for me was receiving the Critical Thinker award this year.
Simplus: I have worked with great training leaders, personal leaders and company leaders. Projects and project leaders are sometimes taxing when mismanaged at some level. There are many levels and one problematic level can shake everything up.
Simplus: Being able to exercise my technical knowledge
Simplus: They try to be as transparent as possible and I believe they care about the employees.
Simplus: This year has been tough on a lot of levels. I think our executive team undershot the pull from our competitors which led to a lot of attrition. However, that is getting better. I am concerned whether the exec team that got us here will be able the one that takes us to the next step.
Simplus: I've been given the ability to help be part of and contribute the the growth of Simplus!
