Our HR team must really pay attention to 'right fit' when selecting new hires because we only seem to hire fantastic people! We have fabulous benefits and management makes all employees feel valued.
HealthcareSource: I'm being totally up front here - it's busy but not intolerable, a few busy spurts here and there but the work is enjoyable and the people I work with closely are the best I've ever worked with in my 25+ years.

I recommend this survey is sent to all employees as many others may agree. I recommend investing in a program to retain talent
Kantata: I started at Mavenlink during COVID and have never stepped foot in the office. They have made me feel welcome and a part of the team without even physically meeting anyone. Could have put me on an island but the opposite is true

Your sales managers goal is use you for a very short time and assume the accounts you've brought onboard.

While the culture within my own team is supportive and cooperative, the company as a whole feels toxic and disorganized. Goals, priorities and expectations constantly change. Workload and expectations are well outside industry norms.
Karyopharm Therapeutics: KPTI is an amazing firm comprised of driven, engaged and bright employees. I am happy at KPTI but worried about my performance. I am new to this industry and KPTI and the adjustment has not been easy.
