Salsify: Remote onboarding has been a challenge, and the frenetic pace of requests/needs has made ramp up in my role more challenges than I would have liked. Overall, the organization is living up to what was discussed during the interview process, and the leaders are as well.

MISUMI: I was recruited by a headhunter who was not upfront about what MISUMI would offer. I've had 8 different bosses in 4 years and have been moved to different departments without my consent. It has been incredibly frustrating. I have excelled through the frustration and been moderately rewarded.

A Cloud Guru, a Pluralsight Company: Mixed. I think ACG is a great company and i want to be here and believe in this mission, that goes a long way. I've had a lot of movement in the company and with that a lot of managers and styles. That experience doesn't always feel aligned with the company as a whole. The good is great, bad is meh.

Boostability: Boostability is a fun and easy workplace. The first few days may be challenging, afterwards, the tasks and work gets tedious, boring and repetitive. There isn't much room to grow and expand, but the flexibility makes it a safe place to stay until better options appear.
