Salsify: Salsify has an excellent product and the co-founders are great, but I feel that recent changes and pace of work has made my day-to-day work life difficult. It's demotivating when there's no end in sight. I also don't see meaningful advancement opportunities for my career path at this current point

Salsify: I hate to say this, but disappointing. It was a dream when I started but too much has changed, almost entirely for the worse. Well-staffed teams with normal workloads and good work/life balance became understaffed. Excellent leadership was let go because the incoming leader didn't like their style.
Salsify: Salsify has been a challenging and rewarding company to work for. I am inspired by the vision set forth by our leaders and look forward to continuing our journey.
Salsify: For the first 2.5 years I felt as though this was a challenging but good company to work at. With the changes we are making towards going public or prepare the company for acquisition we're sacrificing employee and customer wellbeing. It feels as though we're selling a product which doesnt exist.

Salsify: I was fortunate enough to join Salsify back in March of 2020. I was then apart of the layoffs due to the Covid Pandemic, but was then given a second chance to come back this past september. I can't say enough how positive my experience has been with salsify and I expect that to continue!
