We share in the company's success, either with small surprise company wide gifts when the company does well or cash bonuses. They strive to ensure we know we are appreciated.

The team strives to make an impact and brighten the days of the hardworking employees with ice cream or lunch parties around themes, such as Pet Appreciation Week and Mardi Gras!

We all have the understanding that we have each others back! We all want to do right by the company and project and there are very few egos getting in the way.

We share the workload and are clear about our initiatives. We speak daily using Slack and asking for help is never looked down upon. One of the best teams I've worked with!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their positive focus on employees is shockingly genuine and they want to ensure they are doing their part to make each and every employee feel valued. Middle management sometimes struggles to balance attention to those under them, but it's not personal, just overloaded I think.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with makes all the difference in my day to day happiness. We are all swamped, but we are truly 'in this together'. There is no one person that is more important than the other and everyone is willing to help, no mater what the issue.
