SharkNinja: I've had multipe Shark irons and two two Ninja Blenders, one of which was a replacement (by the company) for one that failed to perform. Products are unreliable and lack durability.

NWEA: The mission is great especially being really involved in this industry in the passed. They tend to hire people full time and direct. Some of the best employees came through contracting agencies while the full time hires miss the mark. Communication is poor
