SMART Technologies: Great company. Has the best product in terms of experience, hardware and features in the markets. Needs to be more aggressive and bold in how the talk about their offering. Managent is great but excess meetings can become an obstical to progress. Communicating seems to be the priority over doing.

My local manager is unexperienced and makes work days difficult. I do enjoy some of my coworkers very much.
