Grocery Outlet: The store recently changed ownership. Half of the employees are leaving. The owner wants us to let coworkers check on our register. He makes inappropriate comments about very young female workers. He micromanages and is disrespectful to managers. He hates his customer base.

My supervisor has been supportive and clear in the expectations of the company but allows me to execute the day to day at our site. I have no doubt that he trusts me to do my job without his direct oversight, which is nice!
