There nothing postive about the company it just pay my bills
Nothing just give the employees that work the money the deserve
Everyone want to be in charge And thre is not a lot of stability and accountability
You have some supervisor and coordinator that need to be regular employees. There is no reciprocity's on this job and you really need it in order for your company to retain it employees
They need to get to know there people more, retaining your employee that really work and stop letting the sorry employees walk around and do nothing. The company as an whole is worried about getting there products and boosting the numbers but not trying to give there employees a raise
