Telvista: I am overworked and underpaid. For years the people at this company have used me to get done what they need with no compensation. I have worked 20 hour days with management telling me that's not enough either. Meanwhile I was on sick leave it was unpaid because of not enough PTO. This is not right.
PointClickCare: The people here are extremely friendly and easy to work with (at least on my team). Their flexibility is also astounding. I was stuck in Mexico because of COVID and there were no problems with my manager or the team because I was 1.5 weeks late coming back from vacation.

Priceline.com: They need to stop charging people for rooms with king beds when they get queen size and costomer service is horrible. They lie and take your money without adjusting the room rate

QUALIA: I began work at Qualia a few months ago. They have a good grasp of business process despite fast growth in recent years. Retention is extremely high. Work life balance is exceptional and compensation is higher than other employers I interviewed with. Highly recommend for software engineering roles.

I was off for several months after having COVID and other complications. The support from my peers was nothing short of awesome. Even people I didn't know sent cards of well wishes.

TracFone Wireless: Your customer service is terrible. No one knows how to communicate with each other or the customer. I spent 3-4 hours on the phone just to buy a service plan . I was transferred from one person to another. I still have not purchased the plan. Very poor team work. My experience was horrible.
