RateGain: It's awesome :). There is a good scope of Learning and many opportunities are available if you are ready to take those challenges.
West Elm: Buyer beware!!! I purchased a bed in May 2021. I will not waste your time with all the details. Suffice it to say that after multiple conversations with customer service and multiple cancelled or failed deliveries, I still have no bed nor credit for the close to $2000 that was charged to me.

Malouf Companies: I've had a good experience and there are many great things about working here. But, there's room for improvement. Most of my peers are frustrated with management and the lack of direction and trust given to them.
CarGurus: As a newer employee, so far I have felt very welcomed by everyone I have interacted with. The onboarding process was a nice pace, which helped me ease into the transition of starting a new job. Coworkers are very friendly, helpful and smart. I've enjoyed my time here so far.

Nextiva: Used to be a phenomenal company when I joined a long while ago. Now, it's just senior execs with logos who do little beyond delegation. There's only leadership-speak and no action. Very little empathy towards people putting in the work. No logos on your resume? You might as well quit the job.
RateGain: I am very happy at BCV. My coworkers are great, I feel challenged, and have multiple mentors to look up to. I do wish the work/life balance was better, as I have been working 12+ hours a day plus weekends and still don't feel caught up.
ABC Companies: its a sad day when a manager that does audits comes into work high and smells like weed and can still keep their job. Seems like this is something someone should be fired for.

CarGurus: there are not so many places left out there where IT folks are treated fairly and with respect. CG is the place where I feel never disappointed working as tech support specialist.
Salesloft: Great. It is busy and hectic BUT the perks/benefits, coworkers and culture make it worth it.
RateGain: For me it comes from the heart and mind both , as much as i am ambitious and passionate to contribute more along our innovation, acquistion and evolution journey. Awesome work culture, team members, leadership and colleagues keep fuelling my ambitions, and i am aware that my best is yet to unfold.
RateGain: Overall awesome people, bright future, and tremendous promise. However, need to hire more help where roles were consolidated during hard times to improve workload and work life balance. Also be sure goals and deliverables are achievable and have people working to common goals.
Ambry Genetics: IT began seemingly rather unorganized, since I was hired on during COVID outbreak. Slowly the company and work environment improved. However, management has not improved and seemed to worsen. Still feel undercompensated for work done

It is difficult to define your craft here because you get one meeting a month from the marketing team, they have AE’s spend 35 hours a week on prospecting when only 1 deal has ever been closed doing

Etsy: Try including less 'wordy' words in your ToS: most creative artists aren't ones for words. Secondly, don't let other artists get away with stealing work: I've seen cases of people stealing designs straight up and putting it on t-shirts.
Ambry Genetics: I think it's a great company and the values and foundation are there. I think that looking inward though is the a key and keeping and holding on to the pieces that make Ambry, Ambry will take it even further.
Beachbody: Terrible experience. Terrible leadership from the top down.

CarGurus: I do not have a negative thing to say about working for CarGurus. Coming from working at a dealership, and not having any free time it has been great. Having the ability to work from home or go to the office is exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully that stays in play!

Nextiva: Over the course of the last year and a half, we have lost ourselves. COVID has caused too much burn out, and Nextiva has done nothing to care for it's employees or find a way to provide mental health breaks or support our mental health. We don't follow our own values and need to do better at Caring.

Credit Karma: Credit Karma is a company that treats its employees very well from the benefits and compensation to company wide offsites. Due to it being a FinTech company where privacy and security are of the utmost importance, its engineering organization can be a paintfully slow and bureaucratic.

Credit Karma: Overall it has been very positive at CK. They have excellent leadership and genuinely care about employees and members. Pay and benefits are very generous. The only negative is the work-life balance, partly due to excessive meetings (often 6-7 hours/day), leaving little time to get work done.
