Nextiva: its been great.. lots of changes to ensure goals are met which is normal in any business. easy systems to navigate through. Only bad thing i would mention is that it seems our support and the customer experience has been moving in the wrong direction.
Nextiva: We have QA to address weak points and issues in processes but don't have anything to measure the effort spent on projects or delivering "amazing service" to our customers if that's not peer-to-peer recognition which most people ignore as it's just "part of our job"
Nextiva: They are responsive and always ready to give advise when I need help.

Nextiva: It's a job and time on the resume, and I've made some friends but that's it.
