Nextiva: I enjoy my job and my coworkers. I feel undervalued as a department as the company tends to reward the front of the house positions and not necessarily see work back of the house is doing. I do think that they are generous to employees in general.

GRAIL: Mixed. I haven't been with GRAIL long and am still getting acclimated. What I have noticed is there is a strong divide between employees who have been with the company 3+ years and those that have been with the company under 2 years. The longer tenured employees are disgruntled.
