Square One Concepts, Inc.: Like most Restaurants, hour are long. We get scheduled 10 hour a day, many times it ends up 11-11.5 when you close. Bonuses seem unobtainable. Front of hour cant cut back of house labor, but that labor keeps us from bonusing.
