The jobs at REI are very stable as they are fueled by government contracts. Negative points would include stagnation, low total compensation and low brand prestige on resume

Hoshizaki America: My experience has been great until Covid hit. Then we lost a great deal of our talented team. We were left significantly understaffed. The staffing issues have been felt across the board and have significantly impacted production and being able to have equipment to sell.

Tucows: Everyone I've worked with at Tucows is a team player and works towards the common goal of making the internet better, faster, accessible, affordable and reliable. Working remotely is a huge bonus and I feel closer to team members than I have felt in the former "traditional" environment.
Tucows: It used to be a great company but a few things have come to light which has affected my excitement to be here. The main thing is the pay, newer employees are getting paid way more than me for the same exact position when I've been here for years and worked extremely hard. It doesn't feel the best.

The move to 4 -10s could really help especially if we can get away from working Fridays. We need to offer 3 weeks vacation after 5yrs vs 7 and be able to buy more vacation time. Roth 401K too.
