Nextiva: I won't lie and say it wasn't rough at first. Nextiva was short staffed and there was a ton of work. Since then, there have been improvements and things have gotten a lot less stressful. Overall, Nextiva may not be the absolute best to work for, but they definitely are near the top in comparison.
Nextiva: The work is fast paced, which means your productivity shows for itself and managers don't need to micromanage. Instead, they are supportive, listen to ideas, and want us all to know our value.

Outreach: The company is going places, but it doesn't do a good job of taking care of all employees. Basically no perks, limited swag, and the usual offerings tech employees expect (amazing benefits, wellness benefits, wfh allowance, phone stipend, etc.) are non-existent.
