long time employee, changes since covid have been hard, losing leadership has been the hardest

for things to go smoothly which rarely does
respecting their employees, respecting management and backing them up
always busy, no down time. Most get along with each other.
most try to get a long and help, a few do not
work as a team instead of doing what they want to do
Attitude toward each other and management. Team player, step up and do the work instead of half way doing the job expecting others to pick up the pace
work load too heavy, title for job duties is not correct. was told this is how it will be for now. i do not agree, but am biding my time to see if it gets changed in a reasonable amount of time
