WorkForce Software: Understaffed, and too many unskilled resources supporting products they don't know, or business process they don't follow. Need more "consultative" consultants. Most others good to work with and help. Like my manager a lot. PTO often disrupted by work. Overall enjoy the company and coworkers.
WorkForce Software: Overall, mostly positive. The workload can fluctuate a bit and there's been a bit of an adjustment recently but I'm interested to see where things go.

Hoshizaki America: Worked for Hoshizaki for 24 years and left because of poor management. Reapplied for an opening once I heard there had been major changes to the Leadership Group. Great company to work for.

TracFone Wireless: Tracfone turned to its employees a few years back to to change the culture. I love the company and the focus they have put on customers as well as its employees. Been here 4 years and every year it gets better.

Schlotzsky's: It consists of a teamwork routine. Pretty flexible scheduling. Customers complain about our prices & menu changes a lot. The chain I work at is privately owned so we receive no health benefits or retirement plan. The owner also doesn't appreciate us using our vacation time if we contract covid-19
Welch's: Read my previous comments. The union and the company are both complicit I'm the mess here.
Wish: Lots of potential. There needs to be tighter flows and processing's. Also more headcount so when someone is on PTO/sick someone can easily jump in and help the team survive. When someone is gone from our team we are drowning in work. I often work overtime and on the weekends just so I can "catch up"

Verathon: Micromanagement/mistrust all day. A new fear based culture is rampant, which starts at the top. If you have an opinion, be prepared for "special attention" and borderline bullying. Sadly too many examples of this to ignore. CEO is a hypocrite and anyone close to him is too afraid to say anything.
