Most go above and beyond to work through the current challenges be it part shortages oe people shortages
The culture is broken into different departments and at times creates a competitiveness to be the best department.
People can only be treated as mindless robots for so long. Most want to be involved and improve going forward but the vocal lack of compassion and degrading undertones and favoritism needs to stop.
