The base salary needs to be raised for my position. Our pay is lower than others in our industry.

Follow through. We have bought into the vision but we do not have the resources to effectively complete the tasks

Many years of valuable experience to draw from. Just a friendly, down to earth bunch of people with similar goals and grievances.

At my level I would make significantly more compensation at other companies and also have a higher authority threshold. It is known in the industry that Hoshizaki pays less, we take the discount to work with the highest quality product.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
2+ years of constant pressure. First the pandemic changed the entire organization, leading to confusion and unease. As soon as our feet were under us and starting to make positive steps, the supply chain issues slammed us back down. Steps are being taken for improvement but it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think the current pay raises is enough to keep up with general inflation. My paycheck doesn't go as far because of the everyday costs of everything else greatly increasing. I make a good salary, but I don't make enough to purchase a new vehicle like I did in the past.
