I believe quality should be one of the top priorities. I think it might be a good idea for the executives to unbox random machines to get their impression of quality. I know it is stated often but it would be nice to see the pay scale keep pace with inflation in addition to the yearly merit.
Some good some bad. I really appreciate the benefits that are provided but some seem to favor the factory, Hourly office employees can't take advantage of, attendance bonus. Factory gets 10 hours for holiday; I think that gives them more holiday hours per year than the office. (Need more than 300)
The Insurance (More words to meet minimum)
Friendly and general try to help
Pay should equal similar positions in other companies
Reducing work load, pressure and stress
More personable than previous leadership
The health Insurance and percentage covered by the company
The insurance and the bonus
They all work hard and get along pretty well
Good group. Generally, get along with each other.
Working with my Co workers
Insurance (these are just extra words to meet the five-word minimum)
Increased salary to match industry/local positions of the same type position
Many of them actually want to make things better and solve problems
Our quality has gone down and it is affecting the perception of our customers.
I have been in the same position for a long time. Would like to try something different
The company as a whole is positive. However I think the individual work and the difficulties go un noticed
I believe in general our pay is below current market. This seems obvious when we bring in new employees above what current staff is making.
At times I feel overworked. I should not have to work an addition 1.5 to 2.0 hours a day just to keep up. There is no time to make improvements in any processes. It seems like we have always worked with too few people and more responsibilities keep being added but no resources.
