Salsify: Challenging but finding answers is always possible.
Salsify: I enjoy every day at Salsfiy because I know I am valued, and I love my coworkers.
Unity Bank: I work as a Security guard on the Executive Floor, and my experience with the staffs is great, they are very respectful and supportive. They are team players. They Carry people along. Some park their cars in appropriately.
Unity Bank: I work as a security Guard,my Experience with some the workers is pleasant, Friendly and they make a lot of corrections on Job rules. Am happy with the way the senior Staffs relate and handle issues. And I also to Solicit for a Branded T-shirts to the guards during the customer service week.
Salsify: With the acquisition, a lot of changes and questions remain, hard to answer all those questions with just yes/no right now. My mood and I feel for a lot of other alkemists too, is motsly "wait and see"

We don't get any credit for text or email responses - only calls. Systems seem to go down frequently or run slow.

Salsify: I have had a great experience so far. The culture is fair and open and I truly enjoy working with my peers. I am challenged every day and learn new skills. I do miss the perks of other companies for WFH stipend, meal stipend, phone bill reimbursement, discount program, 401k match etc.

OnTrac: They need to drastically improve their ability to track package, provide estimations for delivery times (they currently provide guaranteed times they know they cannot meet), improve delivery times, improve customer support and provide escalation paths with owners that produce results.

Age of Learning: I'm proud to work at Age of Learning. It has such an amazing mission to educate kids everywhere, including in poor countries around the world through its Foundation. It's fast-paced and exciting, with great coworkers developing new edtech products that will hopefully be the future of education.

Salsify: As we've grown, benefits have gotten worse, stock packages have gotten smaller, salaries have stayed the same, and the culture has grown more corporate. What used to be an incredible place to work, full of evangelists, is now just ok.

Equinox: The worst C level leadership I've ever seen in business. Their SVP and VP of Sales should be removed and replaced with people who actually know how to run and compensate their sales people to avoid unethical behavior.

Navan: I actually feel supported as a person of color here in a way I never was at other tech companies. I truly feel recognized for my hard work and I don't have to jump through hoops or company politics to cause change here.

HealthStream: I worked here for several years and really enjoyed my team and coworkers. The management is another story (at least in software development). People are promoted to management positions that are not good managers. I saw gas lighting and sabotage of employees to get them fired or make them quit.
Subaru: Lack of support on this warranty issue for my engine blowing up in Virginia. Car is currently at Sheehy in Fredericksburg poor service
