Bluemercury: 401(k) matching is good, a good amount of PTO first year, being able to WFH is amazing, also you dont have to use your PTO for doctors appointments if you'll knly be gone for a couple hours.
LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired: Very friendly and profesional at the same time.
Coinbase: The ability to buy when crypto market is down is always broken. The app is buggy. Zero to poor customer support.
Confederation of Indian Industry: Work is hectic, sometimes over time is a must, weekends also can be overtaken by work depending on the department you are in. Perks, you get to travel, connect with industry big wigs, get a decent salary if you negotiated well. However, getting a raise is slow.
GMR Marketing: Job security depends on new business coming in once current promotions expire. Not unusual to have 20 to 30 people laid off if not enough new promotions are not projected.

Calix: Very poor. Was misled on the role. The manager is impossible to work with, and literally has killed deals and made the relationship worse with accounts. Wants to take over, thinks he gives constructive feedback when in fact he is clueless. Absolutely the worst I have ever worked with in my career.
Zscaler: Best company to work for
Lasership: In 5 days i had two packages that wasvyo be delivered. They lost both packages on two different occasions. When I brought it to customer service no one called me back. I kept calling. The delivery driver did not retrieve my packages like they said theg would. Horrible service.
Synology: no service, failed NAS and not an Engineer to be found.

PLZ Aeroscience: Incompetence starts at corporate and continues to plant management. The company treats employees as disposable objects, including their own directors and VPs are cycled through on a constant basis. No job security at any level.

OnTrac: They don't deliver packages but mark them as delivered after complaints are filed with the retailer so they can claim to be unaccountable for losing packages. They don't reply to inquiries until days after they've contacted and then continue to lie about the package being delivered.
