OpSec Security: I think its a positive working environment but it seems people are often concerned about having an opinion. There is far too much communication by email.
OpSec Security: Complete understanding of what is required of you. Friendly working atmosphere. The ability to work remotely.
AEVEX Aerospace: There have been a handful of situations that seem to be out of the hands of the company that have been tough to get past. What the company can influence, they try. However, toxic employees are being retained out of fear of potentially getting someone that is unknown in the office.
OpSec Security: Good company that has lots to give a candidate willing to learn and pick up new technologies. The pace is not super fast. Package could be improved with additional benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance) and higher pension contribution, more PTO as only 25 for new starters. Equipment options

Whether it's hiring unqualified personnel that an already small team now has to train or promoting based on being "Site Agnostic" vs actual knowledge.

AEVEX Aerospace: Over the years, the company as a whole has gotten better. We have gone through some PM teams that were not good for the team or company. Those members are no longer here. I do wish the company would do more to those who abuse alcohol. this makes the work environment uncomfortable.
