Ministry Brands: I think this job is a good place to work but the managers make it more stress than it should be. You can allow people to work remote then micromanage like their kids. There has to be some trust there until proven not able to do job properly

Central Pros: Very flexible and accepting of all types. Cons: Very bureaucratic with way too many meetings & not enough people who will make timely decisions.
